At Lock It Mortgage, we act as your mortgage broker, connecting you with wholesale lenders and financial partners. In the course of this relationship, we collect sensitive personal and financial information to facilitate your loan request.

If you are a resident of California, Minnesota, or Oregon, state laws provide you with specific rights regarding how we treat your personal information. You may use this page to exercise your Right to Know, Right to Correct, or Right to Delete.

The GLBA & Legal Exceptions

Please be advised that as a mortgage broker, much of the information Lock It Mortgage collects, processes, and discloses is done so pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and various state financial privacy laws.

Federal Mandate: We are legally required to retain loan application data, financial records, and communication logs for a period of up to seven (7) years.

Exemptions: Information collected under these federal mandates is exempt from state-level deletion or disclosure requests. If you submit a request to delete, we will remove marketing-related data, but financial records required for federal audit compliance will be retained.

Request Limitations

Residents are limited to no more than two (2) requests within any 12-month period. Other exceptions may apply based on the nature of the data and our ongoing business relationship with you (e.g., an active loan application in progress).

Our Commitment

Lock It Mortgage does not and will not sell your personal information. We only share your data with service providers (such as wholesale lenders, credit bureaus, and title companies) strictly to perform the mortgage brokerage services you have requested.

Option 2 - I certify that I am a third-party agent authorized to make this request on behalf of the above-named individual. By making this request, I understand and acknowledge that proof of authorization AND identity verification is required to submit this form. Proof of authority can include power of attorney or written authorization.
